The structure

Three layers, a fatigue-free shift

The D'WALK® insole is engineered as a layered architecture. Each layer plays a specific role: stabilise, cushion and breathe. The result is an anatomical surface that adapts to the foot and holds its performance shift after shift.

Textile top layer
Breathable fabric that regulates moisture and foot temperature during long shifts. Soft to the touch, washable, and highly resistant to continuous use.

Polyurethane core
High-density PU foam with 75% impact absorption. Returns energy at every step and adapts to the anatomical contour of the foot without losing shape.

Recycled-material base
Bottom layer made of recycled material that adds stability and reinforces insole durability, while reducing environmental footprint.
